German Center for Infection Research (DZIF): From bench to bedsite

DZIF funds Group Leader Victoria Ingham, PhD Students Patrick Hörner and Rhiannon Logan and Technician Julia Mäurer. Patrick and Rhiannon are looking at the impact of insecticide resistance and exposure on parasite development, with a focus on redox state and characterising a metabolic enzyme family. Julia supports the whole group with mosquito rearing and Plasmodium falciparum culture.
